Integrated Therapeutic Massage

A 60-minute whole-body massage that incorporates energy holds, stretching, Swedish Massage strokes and deep tissue techniques. The Swedish Massage strokes assist in lymphatic drainage, stimulates overall circulation and promotes relaxation while the deep tissue techniques address adhesions and injuries. Essential oils may be used to enhance the experience.

Pregnancy Massage

A 60-minute whole-body massage that is tailored to the changing body of the pregnant Mom.

Quick Massage Tune-up

You don't have time for a full-body massage, but need some work on a particular area of your body? This 30-minute tune-up can help you get through the week! Stretches, energy holds, acupressure and specific deep tissue work are applied to your area of concern.

Hot Stone Massage

A remarkably nurturing and relaxing massage experience. Smooth basalt stones are applied to the body in long connecting strokes to assist in releasing muscle tension, increase circulation and connection with Mother Earth energy. The best 1 1/2 hours you can invest in your well-being.

Rejuvenating Head Massage

An aid in keeping the scalp healthy, this 45-minute face, neck and scalp treatment incorporates massage to stimulate blood and lymph flow promoting relaxation and soothing of the nerves. The application of acupressure to specific points on the face releases tension and improves muscle tone.
